Employability Training

We provide a range of short courses which improve employability and support the transition into employment.

Modules covered:

• Skills assessments – aligning to current opportunities
• Territory mapping
• Creating effective applications
• Interview techniques
• Sustaining employment

Our programmes have been designed to primarily focus on what a participant can do, focusing on the mindset required to overcome barriers and concentrate positively and proactively on the way ahead. Our experienced trainers, support, guide and help participants to challenge existing precedents so they can create and exploit opportunities using skills they already have.
