Our sister company Security Training South West is a Highfield approved HBAC centre. Based in Exeter in Devon, we currently offer a four day Door Supervisor training course as well as a one and a half day upskilling course for door supervisors who obtained their licence prior to the summer of 2010. Our one day Conflict Management course would prove very useful to anyone who works in a customer facing role. It gives you the skills needed to understand how conflict can arise, how to prevent it and how to confidently deal with conflict when it does rear its ugly head. This can be taken on its own or in conjunction with our Customer Service course which covers all the principles of customer service including how to meet customers’ expectations and the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques.
For those interested in running or managing a bar we offer a one day Personal Licence course which covers the main requirements of the Licensing Act 2003 and the legal responsibilities of a personal licence holder.
Anyone wishing to become an Emergency First Aider in the workplace for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 would benefit from out Emergency First Aid At Work one day course. This course can be brought to you in your place of work and we can train a maximum of 12 delegates in any one session. Group discounts are also available for group bookings.
